EFFECT MARQUEE OR TEXT WALKING

for beginners in the world of bloggers, sometimes we have to deal with a blog full of creative work .. one of which runs text .. curious to make it .. please follow the instructions below:

To make the text stop if the mouse touches the area's marquee and running again if the mouse left the marquee area. Add code onmouseover = "this.stop ()" and onMouseOut = "this.start ()"
